Special considerations for users on the Kahua Government Network (KGN)

The Kahua Government Network (KGN) meets and exceeds the strictest security standards, including FedRAMP, StateRAMP and TX-RAMP. As such, it is a separate network from our Kahua Commercial Network (KCN) offering.

For information on logging into a domain on the Kahua Government Network, please reach out to the administrator of the domain.

If you use the same email address to access accounts on the Kahua Government Network and the Kahua Commercial Network, you are able to open your account on the other environment from both the desktop host and the web host.

Note This option will only appear for users with accounts in both the KGN and KCN environments. It will not appear for users with accounts in only one of those environments.

If you have an account in both environments and are logged into one of them, an option to launch the other will appear in the lower left corner.

Click on the option to launch the host for the other environment.

Your original login remains open, and you are able to log in to the other environment on another webpage or instance of the desktop host. You will be required to re-authenticate in the new environment.
