Extracts app

The Extracts app is a specialty app that allows you to run a set of reports that can be used to fulfill IT audit requirements by reporting on system administration functions such as changing configuration, modifying group permissions, or auditing user access and license assignments.

The available built-in reports are as follows:

• Security Group Report​ – Report of Roles assigned to each Group at the Domain and Project level.

• Configuration Change Report​ – Configuration changes in the past 90 days.

• Account Audit History Report​ – User logins in the past 90 days, including Host and IP Address.

• App Audit History Report​ – Apps installed or removed in the past 90 days.

• Group Audit History Report​ – Group assignment changes in the past 90 days.

• User Access Report​ – Roles assigned to each Group at the Domain and Project level.

• User License Report – Licenses assigned to each user at the Domain level.

Key elements of the app include the following:

• You must enable the data store in order to run the reports.

• The Extracts app is a domain level app. Reports are run on the entire domain, regardless of which partition or project is open at the time.
