Using QR Codes
QR codes are images which contain information. They can be applied to physical locations, assets, and equipment. When scanned, they can display text, reference data in a system, and open records. In Kahua, they can be linked to project locations or assets.
They can be used in the Punch List application to associate new punch list items to the location associated with a scanned QR code, or filter existing punch list items by the location associated with a scanned QR code.
Locations are set up in the Locations app. For information on how to set up locations, refer to Setting up locations.
For more information on using QR codes with the Punch Lists app, refer to Using QR Codes in the Punch Lists application.
